Important: Raw audio recordings are processed exclusively on your device using the on-device Whisper model (whisper_kit). No raw audio files are transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. When transferring data from the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all sub-processors.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account via Settings → Delete Account & Data. All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
All Users: Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Data Portability, and to Object to processing.
GDPR (EEA & UK): Right to Restrict Processing, Withdraw Consent, and Lodge a Complaint with your local data protection authority.
CCPA (California): Right to Know, Delete, Opt-Out (we do not sell data), and Non-Discrimination. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Premium subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done via Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
